Pranjali Awasthi’s fascination in technology was sparked by her father, an engineer, who ardently advocated for computer science education in schools. This support led her to commence her coding journey at the remarkable age of seven, establishing the foundation for her remarkable path. When her family moved to Florida at the age of 11, it opened up fresh opportunities, providing her with access to computer science courses and challenging mathematical programs. Yet, it was her internship at the research laboratories of Florida International University at the age of 13 that laid the groundwork for her entrepreneurial journey.
Due to COVID-19 Awasthi was able to focus on her internship on machine learning projects and attend school online. It was during this time that OpenAI introduced the beta version of ChatGPT-3, which sparked the concept of utilizing AI to expedite the process of extracting and summarizing research data.
Awasthi plans to return to school in the future to get business knowledge that will further help her in her entrepreneurial career.
