According to a statement released by the ministry, the meeting, chaired by Russian Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu, saw the participation of Tula Region Governor Alexey Dyumin, along with leaders of defence enterprises and representatives from military governance agencies.

During the meeting, Minister Sergey Shoigu issued directives aimed at adjusting the delivery schedule for a thorough array of armaments to the Russian armed forces. The ministry’s statement outlined that Minister Sergey Shoigu instructed for the acceleration of equipment delivery timelines, aiming to expedite shipments to the second or third quarters of the current year. Furthermore, Minister Sergey Shoigu underscored the importance of maintaining consistent and stable deliveries of weapons throughout the year.
